DIANE B. MCGUIRE, CPA-Retired, Of Counsel

Diane B. McGuire, CPA-Retired, Of Counsel, was a founding member of McGuire & Co., LLC in 1982. She retired from the firm in 2020 and currently serves it in an advisory/consulting capacity.

She began her public accounting career in 1976 with McKnight, Frampton, Buskirk & Co. (now Elliott Davis) after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

During her career, she held the personal financial specialist (PFS) designation of the AICPA and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation of the Financial Planning Standards Board.
